About our Panel
The following BuzzBack tenets help us make the quality and integrity of our sample second to none and have earned us our strong reputation for creatively and consistently delivering high quality and often hard-to-reach targets.
  • BuzzBack can pull sample from our panel to match a variety of requirements, including U.S. census representativeness. Typically, clients have such specific and targeted usage and psychographic requirements that U.S. census matching is unnecessarily beyond the pale of project requirements, especially as the effort has associated cost implications.
  • BuzzBack's respondent panel is organically grown, sourced from both traditional and non-traditional sample suppliers. Non-traditional suppliers include general and targeted double opt-in permission marketing lists, client CRM databases, and client websites. All panelists have agreed to participate in the BuzzBack panel.
  • Our panel has grown through the course of work and projects commissioned by clients; however, natural attrition is aggressively managed (via unsubscribe requests, frequent email address changes and repeated non-response to survey invitations). Additionally, basic profile details are updated annually (and available for manual update at any time).
  • For all client studies, BuzzBack locks out respondents who have participated in previous studies on a 30-day basis, and deploys category exclusivity for about 6 months. We do not market our panel to other research companies or to other marketing partners (unless by specific client request).
