buzzback is seeking a Digital Platform Specialist to help meet increased demands of our online qualitative business. This position supports buzzback’s moderators in the setup, coordination, and execution of various online qualitative methodologies with our research tech platform partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day platform logistics of buzzback’s online qualitative projects
  • Booking, programming, respondent management, link coordination & scheduling, and generating client ready project logistic documents for all online qualitative projects
  • Lead the documentation & training for each of our qual platforms ensuring internal & external users are onboarded, knowledgeable and properly trained
  • Answering all platform/product questions, acting as a knowledge center for each of our platforms’ capabilities for the internal team, as well as clients
  • Staying up-to-date on existing platform/product releases and new feature sets, upskilling buzzback qualitative researchers, maximizing how they use the platforms
  • Oversee the utilization of 5+ qualitative platforms, collect user feedback/sentiment for periodic satisfaction checks, and help inform license decisions
  • Proactively manage buzzback’s qualitative platform partners, build relationships, participate in beta tests, with an eye towards continuously optimizing our toolkit and ways of working
  • Explore and identify emerging qualitative research technology platforms/products that align with buzzback strategic growth areas

Qualifications – Successful candidates possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA and/or qualitative professional training a plus
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the qualitative field, with experience using & managing a minimum of 3 digital qualitative platforms – including both asynchronous and live platforms
  • A strong familiarity and comfort of online qualitative research & digital qual platforms
  • Attention to detail, comfort in fast-paced environment, and a team player attitude
