Buzzback is seeking a growth-oriented analyst to assist in development and support of existing and potential clients. This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in midtown Manhattan in a flexible, hybrid environment. Candidate will have the opportunity to work with Fortune 100 accounts and some of the largest, most well-known brands. The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding expectations and will be a good listener who is detail oriented

The Growth Analyst assists with prospecting, cultivating, and converting marketing leads and developing client contacts to build client engagement. Specifically, the role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a flexible, reliable, results-oriented, and collaborative attitude. The Growth Analyst will work closely with manager to support sales and marketing efforts by:

  • Maintaining and utilizing Salesforce, Salesloft and other sales & marketing platforms to track and report on marketing initiatives, client engagement and account performance
  • Support manager with marketing and sales campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies and build sales capabilities presentations
  • Track new opportunity pipeline from enquiry to won project
  • Contribute to strategic account plans, identify prospects for key accounts and maintain org charts
  • Continually stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform new product and service offerings

Successful candidates will possess:

  • High energy and self-motivated with strong initiative; plus demonstrated persistence
  • Excellent written, oral, and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and a strong attention to detail
  • Aptitude in learning new skills and applying them to different circumstances
  • Proficiency with online tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce database knowledge a plus
  • BA/BS degree (or anticipated graduation date of Spring 2023) is required.
