Buzzback is seeking a senior research analyst to help meet increased demands as a result of strong growth in both the US and Europe. This position is involved in the entire research process at buzzback from proposal to report. The Senior Research Analyst is teamed with senior research professionals, who are responsible for prospecting, client relationship management and research design.                          

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the research team to seamlessly execute research projects
  • Create and evaluate data tables
  • Questionnaire review
  • Assist in report writing and analysis         
  • Establish, monitor and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Involvement in QA for all parts of project process
  • Client relations and management at junior levels

Qualifications – Successful candidates possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience (job, internship, academic work) conducting research strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, comfort in fast-paced environment, and a team player attitude
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong preference for candidates with a familiarity of online research
