With gluten-free labels popping up more and more in grocery store aisles and on restaurant menus, we had to find out - is this trend really here to stay or is it just another passing health fad? So we asked 100 gluten-free purchasers in the U.S., ages 18-64, to find out who they were and why they decided to go against the grain.
