Race Change? No Problem!

Well one thing we learned during COVID is to expect last minute change. The same for buzzback Komen #8 -- ‘canceled’ last minute. Not COVID, Ian looming around NYC.  But Number Eight is still GREAT!

At buzzback, we’ve learned to flex to last-minute changes, with virtual teamwork the past 2+ years and Flexibility one of our core values. The majority of our GREAT team is now outside of NYC, and we work together virtually every day.

While we couldn’t convene in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park, we did so in hybrid mode, proudly walking & running more than 150,000 steps on hills, in parks, among trees and sidewalks for the Komen Race for the Cure. While we’re small in number compared to some of our client teams represented – Pepsico, Nestle Health Science, and more – we’re big in passion and support of co-workers, alumni buzzback-ers, clients, supplier partners, family and friends for the fight against breast cancer.

And today the world’s leading healthcare companies describe our ‘work’ as GREAT for development of next generation cancer-fighting treatments.

Not to mention, 8 represents harmony & prosperity - both of which I believe our team represents. #8 is absolutely GREAT and I am proud to be part of this GREAT team.
