Exploring how levels of concern around data privacy has changed since 2019

Scam phone calls and emails have increased during the pandemic, with criminals taking advantage of people spending more time at home. This has increased consumer scepticism around data privacy, and many are feeling more concerned than ever about sharing private information with companies. We followed up on our 2019 global study to discover how the level of concern about sharing personal information digitally has evolved, and what brands can do to earn their customers’ trust.
