Wellness brands can create opportunities by listening to consumers’ sleep concerns

We spoke to 25,000 consumers in the UK and US about their sleeping habits, their experiences of sleep disturbances, and which supplements they use to aid their sleep. Our data showed us that approximately 50% of the US are diagnosed with a primary sleep disorder, and that 8 in 10 people use medications and supplements at least once a week.
